For retailers · For households
Equipment that feels at home.
Stepstead Mobility makes walkers, rollators and stairlifts that sit comfortably in a hallway, a kitchen or a high street. We are building a network of local dealers to bring them to the people who need them.

What we make
Three product families, one calm design language
Every piece is described plainly: what it is made of, how it folds, how much it weighs and where it fits.
Walkers
Lightweight frames with or without front wheels, built for steady, simple support around the house.
See in the shop 2Rollators
Four-wheeled walkers with hand brakes, a fold-down seat and room for shopping or a bag.
See in the shop 3Stairlifts
Rail-mounted seats that travel the length of a staircase, for straight and curved stairs.

The dealer programme
Built for shops that know their customers by name.
We would rather have a hundred good local stockists than one faceless warehouse. Dealers get straightforward trade terms, display support and a person to talk to.

Questions
Good to know
Short answers to the things people ask us most. For anything else, write to sales@stepsteadmobility.com.
Who can become a Stepstead Mobility dealer?+
We work with independent home-health shops, pharmacies, mobility showrooms and online retailers. If you sell to households and want to add walkers, rollators and stairlifts to your range, we would like to hear from you.
Can I buy from Stepstead Mobility directly as a household?+
Yes. Our shop will list equipment for direct purchase. Until listings go live, you can email us and we will point you to a stockist or answer questions about sizes and features.
Do you install stairlifts?+
Stairlifts need a survey of the staircase before an order is confirmed. Installation arrangements depend on your area and are agreed case by case — get in touch and we will explain the options for your home.
Is your equipment a medical treatment?+
No. We describe our equipment by what it is and what it does — its frame, wheels, brakes, seat, weight and dimensions. If you have questions about your health, please speak with a qualified professional.
